Today MAC is mostly seen as overpriced and underperforming. Their products are still good, but many others are just as good or better, and often cheaper, and often cruelty free. When I was a working artist I got a 40% pro-discount at MAC, so I had a lot of MAC makeup. Now that I don’t have a pro-card, I rarely buy MAC.
